Inexpensive
but you get what you pay for
Positive: The apartment unit is spacious, and the price is good.
Negative: The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and small, and should not count as a bed at all (the regular beds are good though).
The location is on a main road and its hard to find parking. There is not a lot of shops or restaurants to walk to.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and there are no elevators, so plan on a lot of stairs everytime you go anywhere.
Also the fans were not working. The owner was good about sending a repairman to fix the fans, but that meant we had to rearrange our busy schedule to be there for the repair.
